About Me & My Why
Throughout my career, I get a kick out of one thing: Making sure people and organisations succeed. In my time at FIFA and Salesforce I’ve led teams, built businesses, scaled operations, and worked across global markets - but what drives me is seeing leaders and businesses unlock their full potential. I believe in corporate entrepreneurship - the ability to take ownership, adapt quickly, and lead change no matter the environment. Success isn’t about avoiding challenges; it’s about navigating them effectively and making informed, confident choices under pressure.
I bring clarity, strategy, and hands-on leadership to every engagement, whether I’m advising at the board level, coaching individuals, or stepping in operationally. My why is simple: ensuring people achieve meaningful, lasting results - while making sure the process is as strong as the outcome.

How I Work
My approach is built on trust and understanding its component pieces. The frameworks I have developed and learnt over the years have worked at every level - from executive leadership to operations - I understand how strategy, execution, and people align. I have built organisations from scratch and digitally transformed global markets. Drawing on real global experience, a belief in diversity of thought and individual accountability I can ensure you deliver solutions and world class services at the cross roads of Sport, Business and Technology.
You can expect honest advice, straight communications and hands-on support, all designed to meet your specific goals. Whether advising leadership, coaching key individuals, or stepping in, I prioritise measurable outcomes and know the trade-offs for sustainable success. For me your success isn’t about abstract theory or one-size-fits-all solutions - it’s about partnering with you to cut through complexity, build capability, and deliver impact. It’s a practical, results-focused partnership grounded in reliability, credibility a personal relationship and zero tolerance for self interest.
